Presentation to staff explaining about our WALT and WILF initiative. Nearby schools are reporting success with using this to provide a consistent, whole-school approach to setting aims and learning outcomes. I presented at whistlestop pace. I tried not turning it into a lecture, but I’m finding it difficult getting the “pitch” right (clarifying and explaining rather than telling).
